Last time they refused to empty ours we started just putting binbags in the yard. Yes there was risk of rats and stuff but **** paying people we know (AGAIN) to fill their cars with our rubbish to take to the tip (AND our local tip refuse to take household waste too...probably as they can't sell it). They haven't left ours since then oddly enough, so I genuinely think they are either just bein g dickheads for the sake of it, or are very very crap at their jobs.
It proper ****s me off. They haven't emptied ours properly for ages now. They always leave half in there. It's an absolute nightmare. My mam has rang up twice now and told it will be dealt with but it never is. They didn't empty our recycling the other week too for seemingly no reason.
