i would hate it
it sort of happened to me once in a minor way when i just had charlie this german shepherd snapped his lead and came bouncing over and like gripped charlie around his neck
charlie just made this horrible wincing noise so i screamed lol and the dog let go, luckily he never broke the skin/drew blood or anything and maybe the other dog was just rough playing but i swear my heart stopped and i was shaking for like a half hour afterwards
