It's no secret that I can't be doing with Diane Abbot, but in this case I can't see a problem with what she said, in the context that she said it.
If people are so offended by simply hearing what she said that she has to put up with then maybe they should take a moment to think of how upsetting it must be to have this insulting racist language personally directed at you.
As to GMB and the way they handled it, all I can say is don't try and have a serious interview with anybody that can't give a full and honest description of what is happening to them.
