But now thinking back was the point not to have the blame shifted from Meadow but Meadow just sacrifice herself to get more support for Kai and also national exposure due yo a shooting.

Ally kind of putting herself in the predicament of being suspected as Meadow's ally (Oooh pun) was a happy accident.

But then the Ally stuff is the most confusing part of the season. Why are they putting so much focus on making her question her sanity.

If it was indeed so that she could be framed for a mass shooting then it failed on all counts.
