I think it is terrible that this even happens once but 2-3 times in one evening is awful.
I guess it’s where you get large congregations of people in an area the chances of the sickos lurking about is higher.

Yes it is a small percentage I think. But still many many more than people think.
I know you didnt bring up not all men. That was in response to the thread elsewhere, where some guy was kicking up a fuss that by discussing this disgusting case, we were branding all men with the 'perv' stick. Which is odd tbh. I doubt anyone thinks all men do this...and if you are 'one of the good guys' then why take offense to people discussing those..not so good.
