Fry up was what we called the Sunday dinner leftovers all thrown together and fried in a pan for supper, or the next day, bubble and squeak with extras.

But if we were to have a full English then it would consist of:
Sausages, bacon, egg, tomatoes, pease pudding, black pudding, mushrooms, all served with toast and tea/coffee.
Funnily enough we would have it at tea time rather than breakfast nowadays, used to be my son's birthday treat on the Sunday nearest to the day to have the full Monty.
