Chuff I think you're mistaken, they're only allowed bare essentials . But vardy's face is very cosmetic surgery so maybe you're just seeing lip fillers which look like lipstick
, and her eyebrows look tattoed on

Toff doesn't look like she has makeup, she looks like she just woke up . And I think for both of them it's natural complexion.
