Default Are you good at First Aid?

i was worried a few weeks back when a friend of mine asked my help when her mother had some breathing difficulties and was struggling, really struggling she asked me whether i knew anything about First aid and i felt so useless and said "No, sorry?" anyway luckily she was okay after a bit it was just her asthma playin up

anyroads, since then i looked at some websites and i have learnt quite a bit and im glad i did cause i felt so useless. one site i saw http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/first_ai...ow_index.shtml was quite startling specially these statistics
