Youre supposed to read and then make an essay out of some of the **** that you've seen HOWEVER you literally can make an essay saying whatever you want, copy and paste each claim you made in to 'google scholar' and you can almost guarantee that some researcher somewhere at some time has made the same claim (with evidence to back it).
