there is a difference between not liking and despising though. I understand people are afraid of dogs, I am afraid of mice but I don't despise them
also not being patronising I was in Ireland about 4 years ago around Christmas time and needed to see the doctor, I rang up the day before Christmas Eve, got an appt the same day, sat in the waiting room on my own, then one man came in and he would come back as he didn't want to wait...
I really don't think you know how bad it is here in London anyway...if I rang the day before Christmas Eve I would be given an appt in mid January...
