It's only when it comes to the Disney Brand itself, you could technically call the Kill Bill films Disney films as they were released by Miramax when Disney owned them.

You'll never see anything rated higher than a 12A released on the Disney Brand but they do own other studios that release less Disney friendly content. I don't think ownership of Sky Atlantic or Sky News would hurt them.
