Apparently as well she had all that surgery because of the media reaction to her when she was in the house. She was treated horribly in the papers being ridiculed for her appearance and claims she was a man etc (Davina actually asked her if she was a man during her exit interview
)
Legend though, I'm glad she ranked relatively highly (and surprised since not many people know who she is)
