When I say antagonist, I mean a strategist who takes down the competition. Think of how she initially planned to play Heather. I would've LOVED to see her do that and try and win challenges following that strategy

Cody treats Gwen way worse, he's only nice to her to go out with her. When Sierra is creepy/nice to him it's out of genuine admiration and respect of him. She is in fact a gigantic creepazoid but she has this soft well-meaning side which balances out.
And while I get what you mean with the whole "strategic" thing, Sierra still doesn't fit that because she's too chirpy on things she likes to use them to her advantage. It would be like making Sadie or Nicky91 strategic. And re: Heather, she actually did do the whole strategic thing you wanted by faking sincerity and niceness to her; "I'm PLAYING Heather!
