What about the ones who don't have the same personalities. I mean Cadets were fairly different characters, you could put The Ice Skaters down as different, Father and Son, Mother and Daughter, and a few others. That just makes things too complicated though to be making certain teams individuals and counting others as one. Either individuals or as teams is most suitable, hopefully the latter
