I really liked The Phantom Menace
It was my first Star Wars film though so I didn't know any better (and nowadays my excuse is nostalgia)
I actually don't think they're that bad, they're bad by comparison to the original trilogy and when you think of how great they could have been, but if they were just judged on their own merits I don't think they'd get nearly as much criticism. They do have a lot of faults though, Attack of the Clones especially has some of the most unbearable dialogue I've ever heard between Anakin and Padme. They have some good moments too though.
