in my experience, its fairly common for there to be loud, aggressive, drunk males, shooting their mouths off, its not pleasant, but its not uncommon.
For me personally, I just haven't had the same exposure to woman doing that around me, so if I see a man doing it on the TV i think what a twat, if I see a woman doing it I find it much more shocking, purely because its not what I'm used to, so I find it very uncomfortable viewing, and of course it sticks in the memory more
So for me, its not about judging more harshly at all, its just for me at least a much rarer experience |
Yeah this is a very honest reply. Thanks for that. yes it might stick in the mind more as its rarer for women to behave that way (in everyday life). SO maybe it was unfair to say that people who think this are just judging women more harshly, as its not a conscious thing
