If I hear the word "Transition" one more bloody time my tv screen is through ,and to think TAXPAYERS money in an already crumbling NHS paid for the op when people with cancer and heart problems can't get their operations ,and if after all this TAXPAYERS money has been spent and the result was what we can see i would say its been wasted
