This is going to piss off India and get mighty confusing

So is Shane who calls himself Courtney when he dresses as a lady going in dressed as a lady and if so will he demand that housemates call him "her and she"?

If he does how will India react and will Ann, Amanda and Rachel muddle up things and misgender India more?
