I just read back your other post and when you mentioned Birthing Video i was reminded of that clip they showed of one of the Kardashians literally dragging her own baby with her hands out of her body yikes! , she didn't even let the midwife do that part and i think when she had another child she did the same thing again.

And in this programme ( think it was top ten celeb moments or something ) they were saying how flexible she must be . But to me it looked excruciating just to see that clip and i felt sqeamish.

It's amazing though how well some women cope though , When you described the experience and the aftermath it sounds terrible but the result is a healthy baby and i bet when you hold your child you realise it was worth it as crazy as that may sound at the time .
