And in this programme ( think it was top ten celeb moments or something ) they were saying how flexible she must be . But to me it looked excruciating just to see that clip and i felt sqeamish.
It's amazing though how well some women cope though , When you described the experience and the aftermath it sounds terrible but the result is a healthy baby and i bet when you hold your child you realise it was worth it as crazy as that may sound at the time .

It's a bit weird because with childbirth you recover quickly when the pain has stopped and you have this little new person to look after. It's also a huge new responsibility.
Things they don't tell you before childbirth. Some people throw up. And epidurals don't always work. I wanted one and got one numb thigh. If I'd been giving birth through my right knee I'd have been all set. Gas and air is more useful when you can bite the mask. Pethedin = good stuff.
The Kardassian you describe must be an incredibly healthy contortionist!
