Some of the humor in drag is the fact that the person underneath the wig and makeup is actually a man. It's not uncommon for trans women to dislike drag because they feel it undermines and/or mocks the struggles trans women go through when they transition. They're also probably resentful of the fact that the public often (wrongfully) categorizes them as being the same.

I'm sure India has a lot of complicated feelings on drag, none of which she's able to understand or articulate into words. So she says she has a "phobia" because it's simpler.
