Honestly, no. I know India 'identifies' as a woman whatever that means, but to me India is a male person. Has had surgery to resemble a woman due to sex dysphoria, but not the same as a woman.
I also do call women pricks sometimes, not often. Though prick and dickhead tend to be insults for men.
