It's just SmarterChild with some robotics and a voice processor attached; it becomes fairly evident by the end of the first video that it's not a true A.I. at all... just a fairly sophisticated set of mostly pre-programmed answers. These things can learn to respond fairly realistically over time, but rote learning isn't the same as thinking... it doesn't have any capacity for cognition, logic, creativity or abstract thought. In other words, it's not going to destroy the world unless someone programs it to destroy the world, because it has no concept of what "making a plan" even is.
