I think it's genuine (pardon the pun) on his part but Ashley seems to be looking for a showmance
Seriously is she going to be baring baby number 10? No but she's savvy to know how this show works and he's probably a bit naive about bb UK and the history of getting into a relationship for attention.
It would be nice for an actual slow burning relationship aka Paul and Helen bb2 or Chantelle and Preston cbb4.
