It's honestly messed up and wrong that people do this on the NHS , especially when people who need treatment for various medical problems and illnesses are having problems getting what they need

I keep hearing about people needing life saving drugs because they're practically dying from a serious disease . And the treatment costs a bloody fortune!!, Why aren't those on the NHS !!
. It's baffling and mind numbingly stupid !.
Yet idiots can swan into a hospital and get their boobs fixed and other cosmetic stuff all FREE !! .
