No, gender fluid is only one of the many possible gender identifications. But yeah, it can pretty much changed based on how you feel... and you can make up a new identity tomorrow and the idea is that
you dictate what your identity is, nobody can tell you otherwise and must comply (or else you're being violent/offensive)...
