I just don't think he's bonded with any of the girls. He said before things like 'is this what you always talk about?' and seems to be liking being Courtney among a group of blokes as they/Andrew flirt with 'her'.

Plus he's identified as 'gender fluid' rather than just gay so that prob makes a difference.
