Personally I don't think any people born in the 1990's deserve the title of a true 90's kid. You probably don't remember much/anything at all from the first three years of your life, so that's half of the 1990's over for you already =] some people may even remember less.

I was three years old when 1990 arrived, and im not saying this just because I fit into this category...but people born from 1985-1987 would have been the only people able to appreciate the whole 1990's decade as kids.

For those of you born in 1990 - 1994, by the time you were old enough to remember anything properly, a large percentage of the 1990's were over. Which I don't think warrants you the title of a "90's child" im afraid. Not a proper one at least.
