Because we're going off what you can remember, not when you were born.

So that would make me 0% an 80's child, because as far as im aware...
I don't remember anything from the 80's.

I only turned this into what it is, because I get tired of little kids coming along claiming they're 90's children because they read a Goosebumps book and watched a repeat of The Sooty show.

If this was a "lets remember things from the 90's topic" then fine =] as it's a "who's a 90's kid" it's a little different.
