..his views don’t really factor personal attraction which regardless of sexuality or gender, that would be the thing that would attract, so yeah he’s completely of the mark as it were...I can only speak for myself, but I might only feel uncomfortable if I felt an ‘attraction’ was being felt by someone who it felt was actively pursuing to progress further than just an appreciation, type thing and then that would be something to be addressed...I think his reasoning is more the Harry met Sally type thing in thinking close friendships can’t be possible without one person feeling a physical attraction to the other, which I don’t believe at all...
