that would really annoy me
i get mad enough when its a nice sunny hot day and one of our neighbours decides to have a fire in their garden and we all have to go in the house and close the windows on a hot day cause we are choking on that bonfire smoke
if it was illegal for defo id be very happy to call the police and have them come round and put it out. give it to the rubbishmen instead
they can throw it in a landfill site which is more sensible
