I was sincerely hoping that this would not happen. To be honest, it seems to be one of if not the last straw. Although I thought she could have made a great comeback with Gimme More, she needs to sort her personal life out now before anything.

A good career would put things back on track to an extent, but only if she is in the right state of mind. Even if people today won't be as tolerant when she next comes back, her fans will probably stick by her and give her another chance as she is lucky in terms of getting the right song etc.
