This report seems all but meaningless without a definition of what they mean by "safe" / "safety"? I mean... that's pretty important. I would imagine the actual full report itself does define exactly what is being measured to calculate "safety level" but I can't help but feel like essay on it in the link provided would "fail the assignment" because they haven't defined the linchpin term
