Ann is hostile, rude, lacking in empathy or understanding of anyone one else's feelings (someone gets upset?) ann would simply reply with disdain and ridicule.. NOT a nice person at all.. 9 times out of 10 I imagine most do not reply to her as there is no point trying to discuss things with someone who's mind is as closed as a steel trap! be like talking to a brick wall and listening to ann is like watching paint dry
