The other one was possibly rehabilitated. But I don't like taking such a chance...let them out and see if they reoffend to check if they are rehabilitiated? Nah.

Venables clearly needs to be in custody and that should have been evident the first time he broke parole. What worries me the other one is that they say he is in a relationship. He may be quiet now but what if he has children?
