But I do think a lot of things women do its because they are kind of pressured to do so by society. Stuff like shaving legs for example, of course some women may want to do it, some may do it to look more attractive, but some feel pressure to do it, because of the reaction they would get if they did not. The pressure from ‘society’, imo, is from both genders funnily enough lol some women get catty about this kinda **** and honestly Ik a lot of men who prefer women without make up, plastic hair and body features ect
But I don’t think there’s that much wrong with a little bit of work or bothering with your appearance. A lot of women enjoy getting dressed up and doing their hair and make up. People dye their hair certain colours and do different things to their body to make a statement and feel good about themselves. Of course this might imply a bigger problem with society. Maybe we are too dependant on looks. But this is a widespread problem with the modern day and social media that involves far, far more than wanting to impress those darn men that are holding women down,,l
