You can't go filming people without permission in their own home (or a hotel room, etc.) or in a bathroom... but in this case, they were in a workplace office so there's no "expectation of privacy" and anything goes. They knew they were risking being caught when they chose to start... Probably part of the thrill. Riskiest place I've been was a Uni laundry room and to this day I worry that there might have been CCTV
