Madonna reinvents herself and some of her songs are catchy and classic , but vocally Gaga is alot better so I say Gaga
,despite Gaga being influenced a bit by Madonna

But then which singers haven't been influenced by other artists . Michael Jackson's style & music definitely had a huge impact on Justin Timberlake & Usher .
