I was just wondering,like on average.Or do you have a set time when you go to bed each night and wake each morning.Id really like to get into the pattern of this but have awfull trouble with sleeping.I can never nod off some nights then i can never rise in the morning (like every day lol) then theres some nights where i fall asleep at like 7 lol
