Get off of the computer - Your problems will be growing worse.
Sit down and think of the times of childhood, the fun you have had, the times you laughed so much you have nearly cried. Think of what you have, and can achieve in life. Speak to proffesionals- they can help you.
Go outside, breath in fresh and make the most of the world around you.
