It does look like a group of kids had a go at him, he gave it back though :/
However it's odd that you'd have a camera crew with you for a trip to macdonalds.
Using this to slur momentum, activists or antifa is a reach, had it been some orchestrated event you would have thought the performance wouldn't have looked like a yr10 scrap in the playground.
