What I just said has everything to do with it being shocking
Someone who you thought would be a huge character of their series suddenly completely exploding on everyone and causing the house to erupt. It would be like if Marc or Helen did something that caused their whole housemates to frantically drift into chaos all of a sudden unexpectedly. Compare this to Dennis for example who wasn't nearly as prominent to his series at the time as Lotan was.
