If the contents of the cookie are scientifically proven to send the fat to the breast area [as different foods add fat to different parts of your body.] then it sounds perfectly logical.

If simple pills and medicines can remove illnesses, or take away pain etc. Or just generally make you feel better/more energised through herbs etc, then I don't see why a specialised cookie can't put weight onto your breasts.

As long as people note that these aren't just regular maryland cookies bought down at the supermarket you know. These are trans fats and breast enhancing herbs, purely put into cookie form to make it look nice and edible =]
If it was in pill form and given to you by doctors im sure people would take it more seriously. So don't judge a book by its cover.

Anyway, good for her.
It beats having unnatural looking breasts through an operation, and she is rather flat chested.
