All kinds of paparazzi that aren't at official events where people should expect to be photographed should be illegal IMO.
Long lenses capturing people's wobbly bits on a private holiday are sick and I especially abhor the "take a picture of a celeb who's just woken up and is out walking the dog" and imply they're depressed or an alcoholic or some other wild theory based on them not looking so fresh. And then ones like Elaine Lordan being splashed across the papers when she's suffering enough as it is.
Not to mention it gives the fakers ideas when they set up shoots for attention.
