I have to be really careful with the snacks that I eat, due to being a diabetic, I have to have one between eat meal and it needs to be 15g of carbs only.
So no chocolate for me
But its usually a piece of fruit and a glass of milk or a multigrain oat cake bar.
Its my evening snack I really enjoy as its always cheese and crackers.....yum..... but they have to be long lasting carb crackers to sustain my blood sugars throughout the night
