I snack a LOT... all unhealthy as well, but then I can’t do without regular snacking! Just today I’ve had:
1 giant flapjack bar
2 chocolate bars: Dairy Milk and Milky Way
1 caramel shortbread slice
1 éclair
Biscuits
1 packet of crisps
Strawberry/Chocolate milkshakes
My meals aren’t really that healthy either. I do try to eat fruit/vegetables instead, but then when stuff such as what I’ve listed above is in the house... I’ll always choose those.
And mind you, it is the weekend - which is when I tend to treat myself in terms of food.
