It should be obvious what the difference is, KH is someone with a following, a random person on the internet calling someone fat is a twat but a powerless twat, KH does have influence on people judging by the amount of people who will pull off logic acrobatics to try to defend the fact that she's a hateful hag that's probably laughing at the people defending her because she's riding that gullible wave all the way to the bank.
