Parent and Child spaces are even worse, people (with no kids) just use those all the time without a second thought.

I agree with ALL the above, and another problem is people who park cars in places allocated for vans.

I've often had to park somewhere distant because someone has done that which means pushing heavily loaded trolleys a long way to load up.
