Yeah I didn't have call mine birthmarks for a while. They just seem relatively ordinary, so insignificant compared to other examples I'd heard in the wild.... I wouldn't be surprised if some people answering here maybe discounted something and not realized they had any... because it's one of those kinds of things that it's maybe dismiss visually.. kind of like a skin tag we would be born with (I have small one on my neck). Technically that would be a birth "mark"... since mark just means "impression" essentially... it could be something seemingly ordinary.
