Use my tie break method ie: "Overtime".
First release the results for the round/part of the round. Then put those pairs that are in the draw situation up for another vote ie: revote. But only via PM. Anyone can vote again now.
First 3 or 5 votes concludes the overtime (to eliminate further ties). The one who has the most votes advances.
